If you are on Facebook and following our Kiwanis page you should have noticed that Eric and I definitely paid attention to the program last week!  We have become gif posting maniacs.  Thanks so much to Jeron Hollis and his communications team from the City of High Point.  In 20 minutes they really helped us out.  We need your help too!  When you see something we post, please LIKE, COMMENT & SHARE the post.  That is the way Facebook works!  It takes just a second to share a post, but increases our reach exponentially.

I am looking forward to our social this week at Pennybyrn.   Lynn has a fun evening planned for us!  Don’t forget that we aren’t having a regular Friday lunch meeting this week due to the social.  As you see employees at Pennybyrn, please thank them for hosting us, for underwriting our party and for every other way that they support us year round.

Most of you received your Pancake Day tickets last week.  It’s time to start selling them!  With the tremendous amount of sponsorship we have this year, we have a real chance to make our 40th Pancake Day one of the best ever.  Be on the hunt for Silent Auction items and bring in your used books to contribute to our sale.   A special thanks to the Pancake Day committee for their hard work.

I hope you have a great week and I’ll see you Friday night!
